Expressive Painting at ENSO
Monday evenings: 6:00-8:30pm [Painting instruction begins at 6pm, with meditation at 6:30pm, followed by a warm-up or special group activity] Winter session: Jan 8, 15, 22, 29, Feb. 5, 12, 26, Mar. 5, 12, 19

In this on-going process painting group, we paint from the heart and body-mind, responding to what is within. It’s a hands-on approach to direct observation, inquiry, and self-compassion. This process is equally generative for all skill levels. No prior painting experience is necessary. This weekly circle includes special activities to warm up and seed ideas, as well as demos and practice with specific techniques that work for acrylic painting.

10 classes for $220 pre-paid, 4 classes for $120 pre-paid, or $35 drop-in. Class cards/prices good for Winter session only. Group guided by artist and educator Margaret Lindsey. Please call ahead if you are coming for the first time.
